We found them to be extremely fair, helpful, competent and responsive throughout this entire process. This was our first time building a house and our new house is only the second house we have owned. There were so many things new to us in this endeavor. Nick and Brenna walked us through the entire process in a straightforward and enlightening way. Brenna was exceedingly helpful in assisting us in choosing our home design and all our choices in all aspects of this new build. Nick was there throughout the entire process overseeing and directing all aspects of the build and making sure we were satisfied with the end product. Whatever questions we had or requests we made Nick immediately answered and followed up. Throughout this process we developed a respect and trust for this company and for its personnel. Nick was a joy to work with! He and his subcontractors remodeled our kitchen this past winter (2018). He was very detailed in all the plans and budget. It was not an easy remodel as our house is 100 years old but he was very careful about retaining the integrity of our home. He was also very adamant about keeping everything within budget and always informed me of any delays or problems.
